Here are the top 20 law schools whose grads saw the most promotions to partner in 2016. Most of these law schools are in the T14, but quite a few are not. In fact, some of the schools that made the list are rather surprising.

First off, congrats to NYU for snagging the top spot with 64 grads making partner.
But, the big winners out of this bunch are the often overlooked law schools of Miami, Temple, and Brooklyn. That’s a huge accomplishment given that all of these schools are ranked 50 or lower.
This list just goes to show that all is not lost if you missed out on transferring to your dream law school. Work hard, network, fill your legal toolbox, and then profit.
